This Cookie Policy explains how yesiq.global uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, and how you can manage your preferences. It supplements the Privacy Policy.

2.1 Strictly necessary

Required for the website to function (e.g., security, load balancing, your cookie-consent choice). These are placed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) and § 25 (2) Nr. 2 TTDSG and do not require consent.

2.2 Statistics / Analytics

Help us understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. Set only after your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR; § 25 (1) TTDSG).

2.3 Marketing

Used to measure advertising performance and to deliver relevant ads. Set only after your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR; § 25 (1) TTDSG).

Note: GTM itself does not set tracking cookies; it acts as a container that loads GA4 and Meta Pixel only when the corresponding consent has been given.

4. How to manage your preferences

You can review and change your cookie choices at any time:

  • Click the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer to reopen the consent banner.
  • Withdraw consent for any non-strictly-necessary category at any time, with effect for the future.
  • Use your browser settings to delete or block cookies. Note: blocking strictly-necessary cookies may impair website functionality.

6. Tools we plan to add later

When the following tools are introduced, this Cookie Policy will be updated before they are activated:

  • A self-hosted YesIQ visitor-tracker (currently under development; details will be added prior to launch).
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag (only if/when LinkedIn Ads are activated).

7. Changes to this policy

We update this policy whenever our cookie inventory changes. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
